Current Opportunities

Mechanical Engineer

Qualified candidates will need to possess experience and knowledge of mechanical systems for commercial, educational, institutional, health care and retail projects.  Candidates will be responsible for planning and conducting independent work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures and criteria.

Job Skills/Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree in mechanical engineering
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • PE and some management experience are preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Experience with Revit will be an advantage for the successful candidate.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities/deadlines on multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with related mechanical engineering codes, standards and references.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Typical duties may include but not be limited to:

  • Lead HVAC Engineer on projects
  • Production and review of narratives, drawings and specifications for all assigned projects.
  • Providing energy analysis and life cycle cost analysis for assigned projects and systems
  • Providing construction administration services.
  • Construction site visits and field reports to manage projects and control construction issues.
  • Ensure proper interdisciplinary coordination and effective communication on projects.
  • Analyze reports, drawings, tests and other data to plan and design work.

 

Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated electrical engineer.  This position requires an individual who is self-motivated and able to work independently.  You will be responsible for leading the overall electrical engineering design process, developing the design from concept through construction, coordination with the client, utilizing and coordinating internal resources and representing the firm to the client team.

Job Skills/Qualifications:

  • BS in Architectural or Electrical Engineering
  • 3 years minimum experience
  • Autodesk Revit experience preferred
  • Experience with the design of lighting, power, life safety, and data/telecom and systems.
  • EIT or PE preferred
  • LEED Accreditation a plus

Typical duties may include but not be limited to:

  • Preparation and/or modification of electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations
  • Review of electrical design work and coordination with other disciplines.
  • Providing construction administration services.
  • Construction site visits and field reports to manage projects and control construction problems and/or issues.
  • Ensure proper interdisciplinary coordination and effective communication on projects.
  • Analyze reports, drawings, tests and other data to plan and design work.

 

Plumbing/Fire Protection Designer
Qualified candidates will need to possess experience and knowledge of plumbing/fire protection systems for commercial, industrial and retail projects.  Candidates will be responsible for planning and conducting independent work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures and criteria.

Job Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Experience with Revit will be an advantage for the successful candidate.
