Three LEED projects contributing to Virginia’s ranking on the Top 10 States – Dunlap & Partners’ project contributed to rankings

Dunlap & Partners is proud to have provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design on this state of the art 40,000 SF environmental science building. Located prominently at the south end of the academic lawn at Virginia Weselyan University, it completes the College’s main quadrangle. This allows the connection for the students in powerful ways to their local ecological community.  The project was LEED NC 3.0 Gold certified in 2017. See below:

Virginia ranked ninth on USGBC’s list of Top 10 States for LEED in 2017. This marks the seventh consecutive year Virginia has made the Top 10 States list!
