Dunlap & Partners provided M/E/P engineering design on the new Charles Luck Student Center. A new main dining hall anchors the building and serves as a venue for community gathering events. The project also features a ‘loud library’ equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment allowing student collaboration. A video-conference classroom supports the school’s international partnerships. Also included is a cafe-style dining area, studio, theater and studios for choral and visual arts. The project incorporates many sustainable features. Project was LEED for Schools 2.0 Silver Certified in 2012.
