M/E/P/FP design projects include campus utility master plan, 20,000 S.F. Lower School building, 28,000 S.F. Library renovation, conditioning of 5,300 S.F. Dining Hall with spot cooling in kitchen, new 80,000 S.F. Athletic Center with natatorium renovation, and adaptive re-use of two dormitories for classroom use, renovation of performing arts theater and renovation of the middle school.. Features include central chilled water plant with ice thermal storage. Work has been phased and on-going since 1991.

M/E/P/FP design projects include campus utility master plan, HVAC renovation of Lower School Library and Auditorium, HVAC renovation of Middle School, new 20,000 S.F. science building and new athletic center with indoor track.
Collegiate School
Richmond, VA
M/E/P/FP design projects include HVAC renovation of Middle School Building, Upper School Building & Music Building. Design for new 25,000 S.F. science building and new Lower School Campus consisting of 46,000 S.F. of new construction and 50,000 S.F. of renovated space. Features include central chilled water plant with ice thermal storage on both the Upper and Lower School Campus.
Meadowbrook High School
Richmond, VA
M/E/P design for renovation of 190,000 S.F. of existing classroom and administrative space and construction of 90,000 S.F. of new space with program including a 900 seat auditorium and a gymnasium. Multiple project phases over three academic years.
Wakefield High School
Arlington, Virginia
350,000 S.F. High School currently in schematic design. Project is a combination renovation/new construction. LEED strategies under consideration include photovoltaics, solar water heating, rainwater harvesting and geothermal heat pumps.
Mint Hill Middle School
Charlotte, NC
M/E/P design for new 160,000 S.F. middle school with individual classroom wings for 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. Program includes gymnasium, auditorium, and cafeteria.
Billingsville Elementary School
Charlotte, NC
M/E/P design for renovation of 30,000 S.F. of existing buildings and addition of 30,000 S.F. of new space, including a new cafeteria.
Albemarle County High School
Charlottesville, VA
M/E/P design for 190,000 S.F. high school. Design featured sustainable strategies in concert with William McDonough & Associates.
Short Pump Middle School
County of Henrico, Virginia
M/E design was provided for a 140,000 SF facility. Also included was ice storage mechanical design.
