M/E/P design for renovation of 190,000 SF 24-floor office building in downtown Richmond. Scope included replacement of existing chillers, chilled water pumps re-configured for variable speed operation, new condenser water pumps, refrigerant monitoring for ASHRAE Standard 15 Compliance, addition of VSD’s on all air handling units (previously inlet guide vane control), new roof-mounted dedicated outside air unit with piping risers through the building and ducted outside air to each AHU RPZ on domestic water service, new fire pump, new domestic booster pump, extension of existing fire alarm system and new DDC system architecture for HVAC controls.

Hunton and Williams – Firm Headquarters
Richmond, Virginia
Design services were provided for a 212,000 SF tenant improvement for a law firm in a high-rise office tower in downtown Richmond. Design included field verification of existing conditions as a prelude to preparation of base plans for new T.I. modifications. Spaces included private and open offices, administrative spaces, library space, conference rooms and dining space.
