Richmond, Va. – Dominion Resources Tredegar Complex –- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection design for renovation of two buildings in the historic complex (approximately 100,000 S.F.) and creation of a new central chiller and boiler plant to serve the existing buildings and a new Securities Trading Floor Building.

Richmond, VA. – SunTrust Mortgage Building -- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection design for 120,000 S.F., six-story banking center building on the south side of the James River. Program spaces include a data center, phone bank, and an employee cafeteria. Mechanical system includes a penthouse chiller plant connected to an ice storage plant in the basement.

Richmond, VA. – Virginia Farm Bureau Headquarters Building -- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection design for 120,000 S.F., three-story headquarters building in the West Creek Office Complex. Program spaces include a data center, cafeteria, and executive offices. Mechanical system includes a chilled water plant with ice thermal storage in the basement.

Richmond, VA. – Hunton and Williams, LLC -- Tenant improvement for 300,000 S.F. on 14 floors of the Riverfront Towers complex.

Richmond, VA. – Perimeter Office Park -- Tenant improvements for 175,000 S.F. for Commonwealth of Virginia Agencies.

Richmond, VA -- MeadWestvaco -- Shell and core construction of a new 350,000 S.F., 9 story headquarters building for this Fortune 500 company. The project will be LEED certified.
