Richmond, Va. - St. Catherine's School -- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection design projects include campus utility master plan, 20,000 S.F. Lower School building, 28,000 S.F. Library renovation, conditioning of 5,300 S.F. Dining Hall with spot cooling in kitchen, new 80,000 S.F. Athletic Center with natatorium renovation, and adaptive re-use of two dormitories for classroom use, renovation of performing arts theater and renovation of the middle school.. Design for new 25,000 S.F. science building and new Lower School Campus consisting of 46,000 S.F. of new construction and 50,000 S.F. of renovated space. Features include central chilled water plant with ice thermal storage on both the Upper and Lower School Campus.
