Charlottesville, Va. – University of Virginia, South Lawn Project -- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing design for expansion of UVA’s Lawn across Jefferson Parkway and the design of a new 120,000 S.F. multi-level academic building. Fairfax, Va. - George Mason University, Johnson Student Center -- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection design for 300,000 S.F. student center building as center piece of campus. Building spaces include library functions and archival spaces, movie theatre, film production facility, traditional classrooms, food court and student gathering areas. Cooling provided by central plant with ice thermal storage.

Richmond, Va. - Virginia Commonwealth University, Fine Arts Building -- Mechanical,Electrical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection design for 120,000 fine arts facility in urban campus setting. Functional spacesinclude painting, sculpture, jewelry / metallurgy, ceramics with kiln, glass works, graphics, silk screening, woodworking / furniture shop, exhibit space & reception hall.

Richmond, Va. - Virginia Commonwealth University Dining Hall, Shafer Court --Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & FireProtection design for new 57,000 S.F. student dining facility for Academic Campus of VCU. Program spaces include central kitchen, dry storage, cooler/freezer storage, multiple servery locations and kiosks withdining areas located throughout the facility.
