Richmond, Va. - University of Richmond, T.C. Williams Law School Library -- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection design for 89,000 S.F. addition to law school building. Program includes stacks, reading rooms, and a moot courtroom. Heating and cooling provided from a central campus source.

Williamsburg, Va. - College of William and Mary, Swem Library -- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection design for 150,000 S.F. Phase I addition. Housing classrooms, reading spaces, stacks and the William Douglas archives. Phase II includes the total renovation of existing library stacks and reading room spaces. Design includes creation of regional boiler and chiller plant within the new library building.

Petersburg, Va. – Petersburg Public Library -- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection design for 50,000 S.F. Library. LEED status pending.

Crozet, Va. – Crozet Public Library -- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection design for 15,000 S.F. Library.

Fauquier County, Va. – New Baltimore Public Library -- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection design for 15,000 S.F. Library. LEED status pending.
