Dunlap & Partners has extensive experience working with some of the most recognized cultural institutions on the East Coast. While most of our work is in central and southeastern Virginia, examples of our work can be found throughout the Atlantic seaboard.

The Hopewell City Library pictured at the right in an artist rendition is an example of our significant expertise in a variety of cultural projects, where we provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design.

Jamestown, Va. - Jamestown / Yorktown Visitor Center -- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection design for multi-phase construction on historic 1607 site. Buildings include Visitor Reception & Cafe Building, theater & special exhibit gallery, permanent gallery, humidification retrofit for Yorktown museum, and a maintenancefacility.

Richmond, Va. - Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens--Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection design for multiple buildings in the botanical complex.Buildings include 50,000 S.F., visitors center with full service kitchen and dining, 40,000 S.F. education building with ballroom, central garden (electrical & plumbing only), greenhouse, and a bookstore.

Warm Springs, Ga. - Franklin D. Roosevelt Retreat -- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection design for the renovation of Builders Hall, Kress Hall and the Pavilion Building on the campus of the Franklin D. Roosevelt Retreat.
