Richmond, Va. - Richmond Convention Center -- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection design for 650,000 S.F. complex including exhibition halls, conference center, full service kitchen, ballroom with a capacity of 2,500 people, and connected parking deck. Central chiller plant includes 3,000 tons of capacity.

Richmond, Va. - Stuart C. Siegel Athletic Center -- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection design for 190,000 S.F., facility which includes a 7,500 seat arena/convocation center, (site of the NCAA women's east regional final basketball tournament), fitness center, auxiliary gymnasiums, aerobics studio, & locker facilities. Mechanical systems incorporates dynamic ice thermal storage.

Hot Springs, Va. - Homestead -- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection design for Garden Wing Conference Center Addition. Program includes divisible ballroom with a capacity of 1100 people and addition/modification of central heating and cooling plant.
