Richmond, Va. - Ginter Place -- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection design for conversion of former Richmond Memorial Hospital complex into condominiums with health club. Project includes 7 story Laburnum tower, historic Laburnum Mansion, the Ginter Building and the Palmyra Building.

Richmond, Va. - Virginia Commonwealth University, Gladding Residence Center Phase III -- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection design for 5 floor, 172 bed dormitory facility. Program includes 2-bed and 4-bed suites with lounge areas on each floor.

Blacksburg, Va. - Payne Residence Hall, Virginia Tech -- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design for a 128,000 S.F., 6 level residence hall. The project scope includes a survey of college residence halls to discern program requirements for electrical and mechanical capacity and features for varying room and suite arrangements.

Richmond, Va. – University of Richmond, Lake View Residence Hall -- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design for a four floor, 200 bed dormitory facility. Program includes two-bed, three-bed, and four-bed suites.
